- 1. Wash Thermometer in warm water.
- 2. Cleaned with rubbing alcohol, and then rinsed to remove the alcohol.
- 3. Press power switch to turn on unit.
- 4. Position sensor tip under tongue or underarm.
- 5. Wait for beeper sound.
